Returns & Exchanges

At Shona Joy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment is not quite right, we offer returns for a refund or store credit on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all Shona Joy tags and hygiene seals still attached.

• 3.
  Download and Attach Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label generated by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your parcel at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor its journey back to our warehouse.
